  • Create on-going database marketing campaigns inclusive of list management, content development, compliance review, design template integration, delivery testing and engagement tracking 
  • Manage timely posting on the NightShares website of new content aligned with the firm’s brand guidelines and develop/execute schedule for site enhancements (content, tools & data)
  • Manage timely creation of collateral and other content, inclusive of the writing/editing, design and compliance review processes
  • Support the execution of firm and third party sponsored events (digital, physical)
  • Maintain the firm's CRM system by supporting the timely addition/subtraction of contact data into the database, modifying the system as requested by sales leadership and developing/completing pipeline and other reporting
  • Facilitate communications between agency partners and members of the NightShares team
  • Track unified set of engagement metrics across multiple touchpoints, e.g. web, database marketing campaigns, digital advertising and social media efforts 


  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary marketing role, either at a firm or an agency
  • Experience managing/supporting a CRM system and launching campaigns from that system (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience managing/supporting a web site using a template driven CMS
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry (preferred)


NightShares, a San Francisco Bay Area based quantitative asset manager, is launching a new family of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). These funds will be unique in the marketplace and are based on a well researched/well documented structural element of the capital markets.

A team of experienced financial services entrepreneurs have come together to launch these new ETFs. The group is led by Bruce Lavine, one of the early employees at iShares and subsequently the President and COO of WisdomTree. Bruce is joined by other seasoned professionals who bring deep insight into the creation, management and distribution of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
